The Lovecraftian survival horror shooter Beneath is finally surfacing. Developed by Camel 101 and published by Wired Productions, it hits PC via Steam on October 27, 2025, with the Xbox and PS5 versions following a day later on October 28.

You might recognise Camel 101 from Those Who Remain and Syndrome, both eerie experiences that set the tone for what’s to come here. Alongside the release date reveal, the studio also dropped a fresh demo on Steam as part of the October Steam Next Fest, running from October 13 to 20.
In Beneath, you play as Noah Quinn, a deep-sea diver caught in a nightmare far below the surface. What starts as a simple dive quickly turns into a desperate fight for survival. You’ll scavenge for weapons, conserve ammo, and face things that should never exist.
The team also shared a new launch trailer to go with the announcement, giving a chilling look at what lurks under the ocean.
