Titan Quest II has been off to a blazing start. Grimlore Games pushed it into early access this summer after a delay, and the gamble paid off; over 300,000 copies were snapped up in just three days. Now, only a few months later, the studio is preparing to expand the game with its first major content update.

The update brings Chapter 2 of the story. Players will venture deeper into the Northern Beaches, where Nemesis’ hunt continues. The stakes are higher, you’ll need to uncover her plans and find ways to transcend mortality if you want even a chance at facing a god.
Fresh World Quests are also on the way. You’ll aid shipwrecked travellers, dig up buried treasure, and carve your own legend along the coast. Skylla, a new chapter boss, is waiting for anyone brave enough to face her. Expect new enemies, more loot, and plenty of tweaks to improve the flow of play.
There’s no hard release date just yet, but Grimlore Games has shared an early access roadmap for those who want a peek at what’s next. Chapter 2 is promised “soon,” and for fans of Titan Quest II, that can’t come soon enough.
