The developers highlighted that the remaster was “fixed and polished with our loyal community,” suggesting fan feedback played a major role in shaping this version.

Few new things in the remaster

Combat has been reworked to feel smoother and more responsive. The user interface has been modernised and supports both keyboard/mouse and controllers. Visuals have been enhanced with better textures, lighting, and increased view distance.

The remaster will include all expansions and updates in one package. It also features community-driven bug fixes and improved stability, addressing long-standing issues from the original release.

Returning to Ankaria’s open world

Sacred 2 is set in Ancaria, a world on the brink of chaos as T-Energy spreads corruption. Players can choose from six heroes, each with unique abilities and story paths, and explore a vast open world filled with quests, dungeons, and loot.

The game’s deep character progression and combat arts system remain intact, now supported by modern improvements to gameplay and visuals.

Sacred 2: Fallen Angel Remastered is in development for PS5, Xbox, and PC. A release date will be announced later.
