Microsoft has released two amazing new Xbox controllers inspired by The Outer Worlds 2 — the Xbox Wireless Controller and the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. Both are designed to make your gaming experience look and feel out of this world.

These controllers feature stylish designs with The Moon Man artwork and galactic rifts from the game’s world of Arcadia. Players can customise the colours, buttons, and even add a metallic D-Pad or triggers that shine like stars. There’s also an option to engrave your name, giving it a personal touch.
The standard Xbox Wireless Controller offers Xbox Wireless and Bluetooth support, making it easy to connect to Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC, and even mobile devices. It also includes a share button so players can capture screenshots or videos during their adventures.
The premium Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 version adds even more control and comfort. It comes with adjustable thumbsticks, rubber grips, and shorter hair triggers for faster reaction time. Players can also attach back paddles and fine-tune their controls using the Xbox Accessories app. With the built-in 3.5mm jack, you can plug in your headset and enjoy the action of Arcadia like never before.
Xbox Controllers pricing
Both Xbox controllers are available now through Xbox Design Lab. Prices start at $94.98 for the standard Xbox Wireless Controller and $184.98 for the Elite Series 2 version.
The Outer Worlds launch date
The Outer Worlds 2 launches on 29 October for Xbox Series X/S, PC, PlayStation 5, Battle.net, and Steam. It will also be available on day one with Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Players who pre-order the Premium Edition can enjoy up to five days of early access along with the Commander Zane’s Anti-Monopolistic Battle Pack.
