Nintendo’s not done yet. After last week’s Partner Showcase, the company is back with a fresh Indie World Showcase. It’s happening on August 7. Mark the date.
This time, we’re getting about 15 minutes of indie game news. Expect new announcements and updates for both Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. The stream goes live at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET. You can watch it on Nintendo’s YouTube channels.

First indie world showcase after Switch 2 launch
This is Nintendo’s first Indie World since Switch 2 dropped in June. The last one was over a year ago. That show had DLC for Sea of Stars, a Balatro collab, PowerWash Simulator‘s Shrek pack, and a surprise launch of Pizza Tower.
Don’t get your hopes up for Hollow Knight: Silksong; it will likely skip this Indie World Showcase too, as it did with the previous one. Expect similar quirky surprises this time.
