New Fire Emblem Titles Announced

Tonight at 10pm Nintendo Direct had their Fire Emblem presentation and announced that there will be several new Fire Emblem titles coming this year.

For the 3DS comes Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, inspired by Fire Emblem Gaiden which was released in 1992. Gamers will be able to get their hands on this on the 19th May 2017. The two main protagonists in this title, Alm and Celica, will also be getting their very own Amiibo’s which will be available on the same day. I’m more than sure there will be some kind of special edition bundle available to grab everything together.

Next, it was announced there would be a brand new Fire Emblem title coming to Nintendo Switch in 2018. But before then, in Autumn 2017, the Switch and new 3DS systems will be able to play Fire Emblem Warriors. Yes, Intelligent Games have teamed up with Koei Tecmo and their Warriors game series to bring fans a new exciting title which I must admit has me salivating like someone had just put a juicy steak in front of me.

That’s not all though because if you own a Smart device like a phone or tablet, Fire Emblem will be coming to you in their new game Fire Emblem Heroes. Pre-registration begins tomorrow and the website launches today, so be sure to go and check it all out.
