Microsoft to Launch Impressive $349 Mini PC for Cloud-Based Windows 11

Microsoft is set to release a new mini PC, called Windows 365 Link, aimed at businesses. This small computer is designed to run Windows 11 directly from the cloud. Priced at $349, it is smaller than popular devices like the Mac mini, measuring just 120 x 120 x 30 mm.

Compact Design and Features

The Windows 365 Link has a fanless design to keep it cool and does not have local storage, which makes it so compact. Despite its small size, it offers several connection options:

Cloud-First Approach

To use this device, businesses must have a Windows 365 subscription along with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID. It supports different Windows 365 plans, including Frontline, Enterprise, and Business editions.

Launch Details

The Windows 365 Link will officially launch in April 2025. However, businesses in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand can try the device early by joining the preview program. Those interested must contact their Microsoft account team before December 15, 2024, to sign up.
