Mediatonic, one of the UK’s largest independent videogame developers is proud to announce that it has been selected as a Future Fifty company by Tech Nation.
Established in 2013 by Tech Nation, the UK network for tech entrepreneurship, Future Fifty is a programme that identifies and champions the most successful fast-growing and late-stage technology companies, counting Deliveroo, Shazam and Just Eat as alumni.
The selection of Mediatonic into the Future Fifty follows last week’s announcement that Synova Capital has made a significant investment in Mediatonic. This will allow the company to double-down on strategic partnerships and aid its next phase of growth as a sustainable, people-first games company within the UK and internationally.
As part of the 2019 selection, Mediatonic will benefit from an exceptional peer network of world-leading experts and direct contact to senior decision-makers in Government, as well as a dedicated Tech Nation visa team, enabling Mediatonic to further reach the best global talent.

Mediatonic is led by its two co-founders, Dave Bailey
Dave Bailey, Co-Founder of Mediatonic said:
We’re delighted to be included in the Future Fifty programme along such an amazing group of companies. The news caps an exciting week for Mediatonic as we welcome Synova Capital onto the team and embark on the next phase of our growth story.
