Marvel Rivals is gearing up for its next major update as Season 5 kicks off on November 14, bringing new heroes, modes, and plenty of surprises. Developer NetEase has shared the official roadmap for the season, revealing when fans can expect Rogue to join the fight, and it’s sooner than you might think.
Rogue joins Marvel Rivals on December 12
Season 5 introduces two iconic X-Men favourites, Rogue and Gambit. While Gambit will be available right at the start of the new season, Rogue will make her debut a few weeks later, officially landing in-game on December 12. Her arrival marks the beginning of Season 5.5, the mid-point update that continues to expand the roster and gameplay options.
The roadmap also teases a range of new content, including a special Anniversary Event where players can earn up to $25 (around £20) worth of in-game currency for free, alongside new costumes and a large-scale 18-vs-18 Conquest Annihilation mode.
While details on Season 5.5’s full content lineup remain under wraps, one thing’s clear, Rogue’s addition is set to be a major highlight for fans of the Marvel Rivals universe. With Gambit bringing his charm and Rogue following shortly after, the X-Men’s presence in Marvel Rivals is about to get a lot stronger.
