The game mixes Soulslike combat with Metroidvania exploration. You’ll fight through a land corrupted by Entropy, facing twisted monsters and massive bosses. Along the way, you’ll make tough moral choices that affect how the story ends.

There are six character classes, each with unique talent trees, passive abilities, and over 200 skill upgrades to master. You’ll face 15 bosses and 19 mini bosses, each demanding patience and precision to take down.

The narrative is penned by Brian Mitsoda, with multiple endings shaped by player decisions. The haunting soundtrack is composed by Christos Antoniou of Septicflesh fame, performed by the FILMharmonic Orchestra of Prague.

With its mix of brutal combat, atmospheric storytelling, and striking orchestral music, Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree looks set to be a perfect dark fantasy for Switch players this autumn.
