Full Sync’s #screenshotsaturday favourites

Well, we’re back again with another edition of our #screenshotsaturday favourites. Today’s mothers day so I was going to try and find some examples of games made by mums, but I gave up after five minutes of looking. Instead, we have a game where a guy with a big nose goes around hitting cats, and . Enjoy the read!

So yeah, the first game that jumped out at me this week was Abo Khashem. Now I was torn with putting this one up as I do like cats, in fact, I have three myself, but the footage was too funny not to share. If you’re wondering what I’m on about, watch the video below, it’ll probably leave you thinking the game is just about a big nosed man hitting a bunch of cats with a stick, but actually, it is much more than that. The game states that it is a ‘comedic’ role-playing game in which you awake in the middle of nowhere with no memory of who you are or how you got there.  The aim is to find out who you are and uncover a massive conspiracy. Looks like lots of fun and is going to be available on PC/Mac, PS4 and Xbox One.  If you fancy following the game’s development on social media, you can find them on Facebook and Twitter.

The second featured game this week is actually just a concept from game designer Jordi Antonijuan. However, it was that freaking cool I had to share this with you guys. The idea is a giant plush toy goes on a rampage through the city, I mean how cool is that? I really love the camera style as well, filmed as live news coverage from a helicopter. THIS GAME NEEDS TO HAPPEN!

The next game in this week’s #screenshotsaturday feature has no title as yet, all we know is it will be the latest release from OddNames Games. From the screenshot itself, it isn’t too easy to guess what the game is about or what the aim of it is, but it looks like a peanut in a top hat and monocle so that was justification enough to include it today. If this little screenshot has you intrigued, then you can find OddNames Games on Facebook to get all the latest developments on this upcoming title.

The final piece of the puzzle this week is a gif showing a run animation of a character from Dear Orc. I thought this deserved an entry purely due to the beauty of the artwork, so much detail has gone into the character design and the animation is flawless. If you want to find out more about the game, you can catch all the latest developments on their Facebook page, or if you want to go a step further and be part of the reason this game gets made, you can support them over on Patreon.

That’s all we have for this week, hopefully, you’ve seen something you like and will give some of these guys a follow. Maybe you’ll even give their games a try once released. Anywhoo, until next time!
