End of Abyss has been announced by Epic Games Publishing and Section 9 Interactive. It’s a science-fiction action adventure game planned for release in 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC through the Epic Games Store.
A dark journey beneath the surface
In End of Abyss, you play as Cel, a young combat technician sent into a huge underground facility after strange signals are detected. What she finds is far from normal; the place is broken, full of danger, and no longer feels human.
The game mixes deep exploration with survival-focused combat. You’ll face terrifying creatures and crumbling machines while trying to stay alive. To make progress, you’ll need to improve your gear, scan your surroundings, and find new paths through locked areas.

- Hard fights: Cel is not a super soldier. You’ll be weaker than many enemies at first, so learning how to fight and upgrading your tools is key.
