Creators: if your stream audio needs an upgrade, GXTrust has dropped the Emita II mic range.
If you’ve ever listened back to a clip and realised your voice sounds like it’s coming from the inside of a crisp packet, you’re not alone. With streaming, podcasting, and “just one more take” content creation becoming the norm, audio has quietly become the make-or-break piece of kit that people upgrade far too late.
That’s the space GXTrust is aiming at with its new Emita II range, launching in the UK with two options: the GXT 269 Emita II Streaming Microphone with table stand and the GXT 270 Emita II+ Streaming Microphone with adjustable arm. Both are designed to keep setup simple, while still offering the sort of spec list creators actually care about.
Built for voice first
At the heart of both mics is a 16mm condenser capsule, paired with a cardioid recording pattern. In plain English, that means it’s tuned to focus on what’s in front of it (you), while doing a better job of ignoring the room noise that loves to sneak into the background.
GXTrust is also bundling the practical extras that usually get bought later: pop and wind filters for reducing plosives and breath noise, plus an external shock mount to help cut down desk bumps and vibration. The mic body uses a metal alloy housing as well, which Trust says is intended to improve acoustics and durability.
Two setups, same core idea
Where the two models differ is how you want the mic to live on your desk:
- If you want something you can set down and forget about, the GXT 269 Emita II Streaming Microphone with table stand comes with a heavy-duty cast iron base that’s built for stability, with adjustment for positioning.

- If you prefer a cleaner desk and more freedom to move the mic around, the GXT 270 Emita II+ Streaming Microphone with adjustable arm includes a sturdy metal arm setup, giving you more flexibility for angle and placement while you’re live or recording.
Both versions keep things plug-and-play via USB and include a detachable 2.5m USB-A-B cable, which should be handy if your PC is tucked away or you’re routing cables neatly around your setup.
Price and availability
According to Trust’s official listings, both mics are available now, with RRPs set at €79.99 for the table-stand model and €89.99 for the arm version (with the usual note that retailer prices can vary).
