EA Sports FC 26 is official. It drops on 26 September for PS5, Xbox, PC, Luna, Switch 2, PS4, and Switch. Get early access on 19 September with the Ultimate Edition.

What’s new in EA Sports FC 26?
Gameplay has been tweaked with help from community feedback. Two presets change how the game feels:
- Authentic Gameplay is for Career Mode
- Competitive Gameplay is built for Ultimate Team and Clubs
You’ll see better dribbling, faster runs, smarter keepers, and cleaner animations. Movement should feel smoother across the board.
In Ultimate Team, there are new Live Events, Tournament Modes, and updated Rivals and Champs.
Career Mode now features Manager Live Challenges. These are short or long scenarios based on real-world football. They reward you as you go through the season.
Archetypes are also new. They bring class-based systems to Clubs and Player Career. You’ll build your player by unlocking perks and boosting stats.
More players, clubs, and leagues
FC 26 has over 20,000 players, 750+ clubs, and more than 120 stadiums. It covers 35+ leagues with support from over 300 football partners.
As expected, the game includes optional in-game purchases. That means coins and random packs return in Ultimate Team.
EA Sports FC 26 looks bigger and sharper. Career Mode has new depth. Ultimate Team keeps evolving. And yes, Zlatan is back.
