Techland has revealed an ambitious eleven-week roadmap for Dying Light: The Beast, packed with new content and long-awaited features.
The plan includes the arrival of New Game+, Legend Levels, and the brutal Nightmare Difficulty. PC players will also finally see Ray Tracing support return after being cut right before launch, a move that left many disappointed. On top of that, a collaboration with PUBG Mobile is on the way.

Call of the Beast event kicks off
But that’s not all. The studio also kicked off a global event called Call of the Beast, running until 7 January 2026. Each week, players worldwide will team up for fresh challenges that unlock exclusive rewards. From unique weapons to flashy car skins, every week brings new reasons to jump back in.
The more the community achieves together, the better the rewards. Completing 17 out of 22 total goals will unlock a secret Legendary Reward, while hitting 20 ensures all participants get everything on offer.
The first challenge, Season to Dismember, is already live. Players must chop off 30 million limbs for a Lumberjack Car Skin and 60 million for a Woodchopper Axe before 23 October at 4 PM CEST. It’s going to get messy.
