Bloober Team has revealed a new trailer for Cronos: The New Dawn, titled “A New Breed of Horror.” The third-person survival horror game takes players through the haunting ruins of New Dawn, a reimagined version of Kraków’s Nowa Huta district.

The trailer opens from a cat’s-eye view, turning ordinary streets into eerie, surreal landscapes. On stage at Gamescom Opening Night Live, The Traveler made a dramatic cosplay appearance, blurring the line between the game and reality.
Cronos: The New Dawn tells its story across two timelines: a post-apocalyptic future and the gritty 1980s industrial world. The narrative blends retro realism with dystopian sci-fi, creating a tense, immersive atmosphere. Players will follow The Traveler through encounters with The Orphans, terrifying creatures lurking in the ruins.
The cinematic trailer is paired with the haunting track “Sixteen Days / Gathering Dust” by This Mortal Coil, adding depth to the game’s mysterious tone.
