Replay Events bring back popular Gaming Markets

Yesterday, Replay Events, the UK’s largest gaming entertainment company announced the return of their popular gaming markets. The Video Game Market is the largest market-style event in the UK and is now in its fourth year. If you’re wondering what the main difference between this and your average market is, essentially it’s just that there are no dodgy blokes out front selling meat out of a van shouting “COME ON LADIES AND GENTLEMAN, COME LOOK AT MY LOVELY SAUSAGE”. Moving on, the market presents visitors with over 180 tables heaving with collectables, retro-gaming and more from over 70 independent retailers.

The first of the events arrives at the famous Doncaster Dome, home of some amazing Wrestling events and… well, that’s all I know really so I guess it isn’t that famous after all. Gamers will be able to visit on February 25th with entry costing just £2, or free entry for those under 16. There are over 3000 people expected to attend so make sure if you plan to go, you get there early so you don’t miss out on some great bargains.

If visiting Doncaster isn’t your thing though don’t worry, as a second event will be running at the Royal National Hotel in Russell Square, London. Expecting its largest crowd to date with over 2000 people due to show up, the London Gaming Market returns for the third time on April 2nd. The entry fee is the same as the Doncaster Dome, with £2 for entry unless under 16 in which you’ll get in free. This event may cater to more people though as it won’t just include video games but table-top games as well, so if you’re on the lookout for some rare and collectable items, then this may be your best chance at finding them.
