I love games; horrors and puzzle/strategy are my favourite genres but I enjoy playing pretty much anything. I still believe a good story is important and shouldn’t play second fiddle to the multiplayer experience unless via a co-op campaign. I also enjoy watching football, supporting the mighty Liverpool, as well as drinking tea and petting my kittens.

PlayExpo Manchester arrives this weekend and we’ll be there repping FULL SYNC in all its glory. So, if you see me, Kirsty or Rhys hanging around, make sure you come say hello.

This news piece isn’t just about us though, its all about the final reveal of events and all the other cool stuff that will be taking place from 14th to 15th October. The new main additions are:

  • The Machinima stage returns and this year is proudly being sponsored by Ultimo Hombre;
  • Both NBA 2K18 and WWE 2K18 will be available for the UK public to get their hands on for the first time;
  • Jeff Minter of Llamasoft fame is set to make a big splash with two titles: Polybius and Tempest 4000;
  • Lightseekers will be available to play on the show floor

There is also going to be a whole host of indie developers at the show (35 in total), showing off all they have to offer. We’ll be catching up with as many as we can this weekend and hopefully get to reveal a little more about them and their games over the coming weeks.
