Football Manager 2017 free to play this weekend

If you’re a football fan then there has no doubt been a time where you’ve found yourself screaming at your team as they’re taking a beating; whether it be from the stands, your sofa or in the pub. You begin to think to yourself, “I could do a better job than this rubbish”, and start wondering how this manager is even in a job the way they’re playing (here’s to you Mr Wenger).

Well, if you’ve never played it before then I highly recommend playing the Football Manager games, as they’re probably the closest thing you’ll get to the real thing unless you coach a Sunday League team or your kids under-12 squad. You’ll be so drawn in that when your team makes a cup final, you’ll find yourself getting far too involved to the point you’ve actually worn a suit for something other than that upcoming court case you have.

Anyway, if you haven’t tried it yet, or maybe you just haven’t got round to buying the latest edition, for this weekend only you can loan the full version of the game on Steam. The full Football Manager 2017 experience was available to play at no cost for 72 hours from 5:00pm yesterday until the final whistle blows at 8:00pm on Sunday, March 26th (all UK times).  If you decide that this game has all but made your dreams come true, allowing you to manage the top teams in Europe and take Accrington Stanley to a Champion’s League final, then during the event and for 24 hours after it, you can buy the game with a 50% discount off the SRP.

So what are you waiting for? Go make that loan signing now!
